Improve procurement through purchasing scale, supplier terms and menu engineering. Strengthen sales and account development with structured business development and bid resources. Integrate finance, procurement, reporting and central support to improve control and efficiency.

Ideal buyer profile

An established contract caterer seeking a stronger Greater London presence; a facilities management or integrated workplace services group adding foodservice capability; a foodservice, pantry or office supply distributor seeking recurring managed service revenues; a hospitality, coffee or workplace experience business broadening its proposition; or a strategic buyer with procurement scale, bid capability and central systems.
