Exit Partners Limited provides a confidential mergers and acquisitions introduction and transaction-support service. We introduce shareholders of private companies to potential acquirers, and acquirers to potential targets, and we support the resulting negotiations. We are not a party to any transaction between an introduced buyer and seller, and we do not act as agent for both sides of a transaction without the informed written consent of each.
